Shipping Times

  • Metal Products: Shipped in 3 business days.
  • Neon Products: Shipped in 7 business days.
  • Custom Orders: Shipped in 21 business days. We aim to deliver your order quickly and safely.

Shipping Locations

  • Europe: Orders ship from the HOAGARD Solingen Shop in Germany. Metal items arrive within 4-5 days.
  • North America: We use DHL EXPRESS for tracked deliveries. Just like in Europe, expect your metal items in 4-5 days. Neon and custom items take 21 days.

Order and Shipping Confirmation After you place an order, you'll get an email confirmation with a list of what you ordered. Once we ship it, we’ll send another email with a tracking link. It might take 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Delivery Estimates Please note that the delivery times we provide are estimates, not guarantees. We do our best, but sometimes delays happen due to shipping companies.

Missed Delivery If you miss a delivery, the shipping company will leave you a card with what to do next.

Cancellation Policy You can cancel your order within 30 days, no questions asked. Just email us at info@hoagard.com. If you cancel, we'll refund all payments including shipping costs within 14 days. You need to send back the items within 14 days after you tell us you want to cancel. You'll pay for the return shipping, and you’re responsible for any loss in value from handling the items more than necessary.

Returns and Exchanges

  • 30-Day Returns: Not happy? Return your items within 30 days. Please return everything with original tags and packaging. Email us first for return instructions.
  • Exchanges: Received something and want to exchange it? Send it back and we'll send you a new item within 1-3 days after we check the returned one.
  • Neon Products Warranty: These come with a one-year warranty.

Not Home for Delivery? If you're not home, the package will be returned to a depot and eventually sent back to us if not collected. We'll refund you minus shipping costs and a fee. We suggest using a delivery address where someone can sign for the package.

Unreceived Packages Once we ship your package, it's up to the carrier to deliver it. If you don’t receive it within the expected time, wait 10 more days before contacting us for a re-delivery or refund. We'll do our best to sort it out.
